This striking pair of armchairs is an authentic example of Hungarian Art Deco design from the 1930s. The model is documented in the original catalog of the renowned “Szék- és Faárugyár” factory and a photograph of the same design is preserved in the collection of the Museum of Applied Arts, Budapest.
The chairs feature solid walnut frames with elegant curved armrests and have been fully and professionally restored. The restoration was carried out with great respect for the original craftsmanship:
